Applications |
This product is a high-efficiency nonpollutingantioxidant, applicable to the manufacture of synthetic rubber, latex and natural rubber, being one of excellent phenol antioxidants. It is applicable to light colored or colored rubber product. In plastic industry, this product can prevent the thermal aging and light aging of polyester chloride, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyoxymethylene and cellulose resin with the dosage of 0.5-1%. |

Applications |
ANTIOXIDANT 245 is effective in styrene polymers, particularly
impact modified polystyrenes, ABS, MBS, SB and SBR-lattices
as well as in POM homo-and copolymers. It is also very useful
for the stabilization of polyurethanes, polyamides, thermoplastic
polyesters, PVC and other polymers. In addition to imparting thermostability to the finished polymer ANTIOXIDANT 245 is effective as chain stopper during PVC polymerization. |

ANTIOXIDANT 245 can be used in combination with other additives such as costabilizers (e.g. thioesters, phosphates, phosphonites, lactones), light stabilizers, and other functional stabilizers. The effectiveness of the blends of ANTIOXIDANT 245 with ANTIOXIDANT 168 is noteworthy. |

Applications |
ANTIOXIDANT 1520 is an effective thermo-oxidative stabilizer
in a wide range of solution polymerized, emulsion polymerized
and thermoplastic elastomers including: BR, SBR, NBR, IR, SBS,
and SIS as well as natural rubber. The antioxidant is effective
both as a raw elastomer and compound stabilizer, It is also
effective in various adhesive and sealant applications. ANTIOXIDANT 1520 can be an issue. ANTIOXIDANT 1520 is not recommended for odor sensitive hot melt adhesives or their raw materials. |
Features/Benefits |
ANTIOXIDANT 1520 is unique in its ability to provide both
processing and long-term heat aging stability used alone, at
low levels and without costabilizers. Where necessary ANTIOXIDANT
1520 can be used with other additives such as secondary antioxidants,
light stabilizers and other functional stabilizers. The effectiveness of these products in a wide range of elastomers coupled with extensive food contact approvals makes ANTIOXIDANT 1520 an excellent choice where consolidation of antioxidant systems is desirable in addition, the liquid, low viscosity nature of ANTIOXIDANT 1520 makes bulk delivery and storage very convenient. |
